Klobuchar is the senior senator from Minnesota, serving since 2007. She serves on the Judiciary, Economic, Commerce-Science-Transportation, Agriculture, and Rules Committees. Throughout her time in the Senate, she has been an outspoken leader on important progressive issues such as consumer product safety, abortion rights, LGBTQ rights, the $15/hr minimum wage, gun control, fighting the opioid crisis, and improving our infrastructure.
In her run for President, Sen. Klobuchar faces a crowded field of 20+ opponents. She joins us to discuss why she would make the best choice to defeat Trump and lead our nation forward.
